Why use an analog counter to track incoming and outgoing guests at your event?
Doorman for iPhone and iPod Touch is an integrated solution for tracking incoming and outgoing guests for any bar, pub, restaurant or other event. Replace analog counters and mental calculations with an intuitive application for determining current guest attendance levels.
Doorman is not just a simple counter. Doorman also gathers data about event attendance which can later be analyzed.
GRAPHICAL REPRESENTATION OF GUEST ATTENDANCE
Doorman uses a color coded representation of guest data to allow for instant determination of current guest attendance. By setting the warning threshold and maximum guest options Doorman is able to notify a user if the number of guests nearing or at capacity.
As guest levels fluctuate, Doorman will change the color of the text in the total guests window. While guest levels are below the configured warning threshold, Doorman will show the total number of guests with green text. As the number of guests increases beyond the warning threshold Doorman will report the total number of guests with yellow text. When total guest levels are at or above the maximum guests allowed Doorman will report the total number of guests with red text.
SHARE STATISTICS
Doorman also keeps statistics about the total number of guests on your iPhone or iPod. If you have an email account configured on your device Doorman will allow you to send stored statistics to any email recipient via an attached text file.
Doorman stores statistics in CSV (comma separated value) format. This makes it simple to import the data into a spreadsheet program for analysis and visualization. Interested parties including, organizers, managers, or venue owners can use this information to analyze trends in attendance and to plan for future resource needs.
Doorman was designed for iOS 4.x - 6.x.
